Daniel Law Firm is a quality law firm made up of four attorneys located here in Memphis. We limit our practice to personal injury, wrongful death, workers compensation, family law, probate, and misdemeanor criminal offenses. We are experienced trial attorneys and are not afraid to fight for you. We do not represent insurance companies. The firm originated when Lundy W. Daniel “hung his shingle” in 1968. Since that time his son, Ben Daniel, joined the firm in 1993, Ben’s wife Elizabeth Daniel joined in 1995, and David Darnell joined as an associate in 1997. Our fees are generally on a contingent basis, meaning we don’t get paid until you do. We advance all the costs of litigation, subject to reimbursement upon completion of the case.
