- Motor Vehicle Accidents:
Our practice is primarily comprised of cases involving automobile accidents. We handle all types of cases ranging from a simple fender-bender to complex injury and death cases involving automobiles, eighteen-wheelers, trucks, trains, motorcycles, and pedestrian cases. We stay up to date on the current laws and trends of Tennessee Courts. Daniel Law Firm has a proud court record here in Shelby County. We practice in both the state and federal courts. - Medical Malpractice:
Medical malpractice, although sometimes difficult, can have successful results. We have handled cases involving negligence on the part of physicians and hospitals resulting in disability and death.
- Premises Liability: Daniel Law Firm also handles many premises liability cases, most commonly the slip-and-fall on property owned by another. We have also handled cases involving failure to adequately secure premises and actions against security companies and/or employees for injuries resulting in serious injury or death. We have litigated many of these claims as well. Often times individuals believe that they must accept what the Workers’ Compensation carrier has told them to be the maximum amount of recovery that can be had. But many times, Daniel Law Firm can negotiate for the employee to obtain a fair settlement, whether in a lump sum or otherwise.

- Criminal Representation: Daniel Law Firm handles misdemeanor offenses ranging from assault and battery to possession of weapons. We are often able to negotiate with prosecutors to resolve these cases. Daniel Law Firm does require a retainer fee in order to handle criminal cases.
- Probate: Daniel Law Firm handles probate matters that result either from a personal injury case that we are handling or otherwise. We will write a will for you or your family if you wish, and can handle the estate upon the death of an individual.
