Lundy Daniel was born and raised in Raleigh, Mississippi. He attended college at the University of Mississippi (B.B.A. 1963) and then law school at Memphis State University (J.D. 1968). He is a member of the Memphis and Shelby County and Tennessee Bar Associations, the Memphis Trial Lawyers Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Christian Legal Society.
