Ben Daniel, Jr. is an attorney with Daniel Law Firm, continuing a proud family legacy of legal service in the Mid-South that began with his grandfather, Lundy W. Daniel, in 1968. Raised around the practice of law, Benjamin brings both tradition and a modern perspective to the firm’s representation of injured clients.
 
Benjamin earned his undergraduate degrees in finance and economics from the University of Mississippi. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During law school, he gained valuable hands-on experience working for various Pro Bono legal service providers, where he developed practical insights into governmental operations and public service.
 
Prior to becoming licensed, Benjamin spent two years clerking at Daniel Law Firm, working closely with senior attorneys on active litigation and client matters. That experience provided him with a strong foundation in case preparation, client advocacy, and courtroom practice, allowing him to transition seamlessly into full-time practice as a licensed attorney. His current areas of practice are personal injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, motorcycle wrecks, and dog-bite cases. He also handles select minor criminal matters, including traffic citations and other misdemeanor offenses.
 
Benjamin is newly licensed, newly married to his wife, Sarah, and he is proud to serve clients alongside his parents as part of a multi-generational, family-run law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals and families throughout Tennessee and Mississippi.
